Cartoonified ZL Scale Model in France

Hello guys,

In the French ZL Club we have a very artistic admin : Serge aka Gouss. He's a graphic designer and because he was disappointed not to find any ZL scale model.....he decided to make his own.........and then............... things went wrong.

In the end he came up with ........something that we, in the club, love. What about you?

We are currently looking at a way to have this prototype 3d scanned and printed...

Thanks guys,

I think this scale model appeals to many of us. You can immediately tell it was designed by a ZL owner; from the smiling face, the stretching arms, the overall feeling of power, .....only the sound is missing.

Cheers,

Thanks guys!

Unfortunately, there is not and very unlikely ever will be one of these with a ZL9. The bike can go separate and is 7" long, 4,5" wide and 3,6" high. With rider on top it is 2,6" longer.

Dominique

Very cool, too bad it's not a ZL900, lol. Did you ever make it reproducible?

Gouss, on here from France is the Artist who done this......and we done ask him to do some on 900 and sale....but he says cost is to high to reproduce.....:bs::BangHead:

Indeed. 3D scans and prints are getting cheaper, although still too pricey. But we are monitoring. The moment we have a decent quote to scan and print this beauty we shall see. Any member close to the North-east of France (Metz) that would know of a cheap possibility (for scanning in particular), please let us know.:headbang:

I thought so, but that is just not a matter of money. :no-no-no:

Gouss spent countless hours on this thing (the details are awesome and the pictures do not do them justice).
He would not sell it whatever the offer would be. He just loves it. :love10:

Moreover, if he were to sell it, we are quite a number already on this side of the pond that would be interested in this beauty...:victory:

:hello:

Well don't stop trying to get it duplicated. There are quite a few of us over on this side of the pond that would like to own one too. He really did do a fantastic job on it.......
