it's that time again and I just love me some nfl count-down on espn and then the games. cowboys gonna get scwacked by the giants tonite then the skins playing the eagles on m.n.f. Hope they let the dogs loose on vick! :laughing7:

The Boys look like a different team this year...they will win tonight and they will win the East...BOTTOM LINE.

No he doesn't..it's the exact opposite. In the past he tried too hard because he didn't have the help he needed to get the job done. Exactly like Favre did till he got the help around him to get it done. You clesrly haven't seen him lately. He's not that brite eyed kid with stars in his eyes. He's a wily veterin with the balls and mental toughness to get the job done. Just wait and see. I hope you a BGT like the taste of crow.

The experts all agree with me and pretty soon you will too. BGT is a typical Texan...they talked that way about Aikman all through out his career down there. I heard it in every bar even after he won wll those super bowls. Hell they were that way to Don Merideth too. He got bood at a restaurant after playing with broken ribs and a puntured lung! I know my team and I know Tony and they'll be doing just fine this year with him at the helm. Lemme know when BGT starts getting paid for his opinions on the subject, till then I will believe what my own gut tells me about my team. It's benn workin for me since 1971...I don't see any reason to change it.

not just romo, cowboys have been way over rated the past 10 years. how many playoff games have they won in that time period? :icon_twisted:

Might be a "rebuilding year" for the Steelers . . .

The last two times they got close they were decimated by injuries. They haven't had a decent offensive line since the 90s. Those two things in combination would stop any team regardless of the quarterback or the talent level. If any of you guys understood football then you would understand that and realize they are just now in a position to contend with any team out there on any day.

Yeah...they're all washed up... as my brother likes to say! :pistols:

:hello: Ya Steelers are old. Really do not know if they are going to even break 500. Can't be on top for ever. The Cowgirls aren't going anywhere either. :laughing7:

:hello: I always like when some Sports figure pics a Super Bowl winner even before the season starts. Most of them are wrong. So I say it will be the Skins & Horses in the Super Bowl & the Broncos coming out on top 27 to 24.

That's good because the cheerleaders don't play in Dallas. Forget the score...Dallas played smashmouth football and dominated the line of scrimmage all game long. Tony was near perfect and the turnover was the receiver's fault. The guy on the other side couldn't say that. Pressure got to him and he was the one maling the mistakes tonight. 6 turnovers tells the whole story.
