Today's Weather

:hello: I think our 90* weather is over. The past 2 weeks we only had 2 days in the 90s. It will be in the 80s threw November. It is to go down in the mid 50s Sunday night.

Last night low was 39. Next 10 days only 1 day that gets above 70 and rain about every 2-3 days. I'm not ready for this cold stuff. Looks like it might be another early end to the bike season......Later.

:hello: I spoke to soon. The 90s are still with us. 3 days this week & 2 next week. I just hope it cools off a bit for Biketoberfest.

Just got my power back after 48 hours. We got 14 inches of wet heavy snow last sunday. Just think we have 6 more weeks till winter. trees down power and phone lines down. some wont get power for two more days.

:hello: Really nice out. It is to be near 80*. My wife & I are going to Beach Side Daytona on the ZL. We are going to Top Of The Board Walk. It sits about 100 yards into the Ocean & has a really nice view of Beach Side.

Highs next week are in the 20's or 40's - depending on which moron weather forecaster you watch here. Snow showers every other day through the weekend..........Later.

Time for winterizing is here before the nasty weather hits. It was really nice today but with daylight savings time darkness shows up too early. There was a front that moved thru that had overcast on one end and blue skys on the other, hung around for a few hours, looked like the earth was actually round.

Texans have only two more great riding days before the Artic Express hits Dallas. This morning was OMG wonderful. Tuesday may be the last day I can ride until the thaw on Friday 11/21.
All is good with me. The cold weather makes the Deer jump! I did a walk-around on the farm along the Brazos yesterday and Bucks galore!

Yep, the bottom falls out of it later today and then cold the rest of the week. It's just too early for this crap!! Smitty, fill that freezer up with those bucks!!

:hello: We had a low of 60* last night. It is to reach 78* by 2:00 PM. The 9 to 5 guys are off today so the 4 of us are going for a ride at Noon. One day last week we dipped into the 30s for a few hours just before sunrise.

Yep, possibly an inch of snow coming this Sunday - ugh......I'm still trying to get things winterized........ Later.

I got all mine winterized this past weekend so they're ready for their nap now.........

Did not ride today. Took the dogs out this morning. The temp is still ok at 43, but that wind is over the top! :scared:

Went to Grandson's last football game yesterday. Great football weather. Expecting deep freeze for the next several days. Time to bring in those plants and pull up the soaker hoses (Do not need an Ouray ice park in north Dallas!).

Shawn and I got the boats put away sunday. The bikes are in the shop for the winter. The oil has been changed in all the snow blowers. The sleds will come Inside to get the pre season prep....just a little snow on the ground so far...
Just because we are prepared for winter doesn't mean we are ready for it!!!

I am sitting in NE Ohio (Fairport Harbor) watching the snow squalls fly by. Went and played pool at Wickliffe Lanes a couple of times. I guess it is time for me to head back to sunny Ma. instead of staying in the Artic called Ohio. :rotf: Might be back before Christmas. We will see.

1 - 3 inches coming this evening - guess it's time to get out the shovels, snowblowers, etc.........The news last night showed they've already got the salt trucks loaded and ready to destroy the roads and our vehicles, hahaha......Supposed to hit 40 degrees for the high next weekend - woohoo - heat wave, hahahaha...Later.

:hello: The road salt & pot hole infested roads is two thing I don't miss when I lived in PA. That is why I never bought a new truck when I lived up North. I always had a beater car for work & stored my good car during the salt months. It is to be 80 today. It is to dip into the high 30s tonight & be in the high 60s during the day for a few days then back into the low 80s.
