CARB CLEANING SERVICE ,ultrasonic cleaning

:hello: I have not used mine in years. The top mount cans are much better for 2 reasons. 1. You use all the paint, no remnants left in the cup. 2. You don't hit what you are painting with the cup.

I am not there yet but just curious if you would take ZL600 carbs? Thanks

Rack from my ZL1000 coming your way Rick.

Can't say enough good things about your work. The XS1100 carbs you did for me look great and work even better than they look.

Looking forward to your services on the ZL carbs.

Hi, I'm told you are the man to see about having my carbs rebuilt. If you follow my thread I write what issues I'm having, assuming that you are probably too busy to read them, my problem I believe is the carbs. I live outside of Dallas bought the bike 4/5 yrs ago from a used bike dealer in Denver and had it shipped down here. Ran great until last year , started getting harder and harder to start, started blowing out grey/black smoke and only would run with full choke, oh yeah, it came with pods instead of airbox also about the time the problem started I noticed an exhaust leak under the bike from a pipe connection gasket. I wonder with the pods if the altitude change has something to do with it. I've restored quite a few bikes, vespas and lambrettas (I'm mostly a body and paint guy) but carbs have always been a mystery to me. If I may ask, what do you think and what do you suggest. Thank you, it was nice finding you. I hope you can help me. My handle on here is Forneyguy, my name is Tony Ferrantello

Two of mine with Rick's handy work.

The 1000 is running like a top (looks great too) since you've gone through the carbs. EZ warm ups, less popping on deceleration and pulls like a freight train!

Thanks for doing what you do!

Rick -
Just wanted to give a quick shout out to you. You did a great job on the carbs for my ZL600 last fall. It took me a while to get the bike back together, and started it tonight for the first time in many years. Now it fires right up, runs smooth, and sounds great! Sadly, the bike sat so long, and now the fuel tap is leaking fuel, so I didn't dare run it for long. Hopefully I can find parts for that so I can rebuild it too....

But as for the carbs - chalk me up as another very satisfied customer!

Thanks!

Hey Rick, I need a set of carbs off one of my zl9 projects done. I sent you a PM.

sounds good
With the carbs include a check or money order for $225 made out to "Rick West"
Here is a generic version of the instructions.. Do not overnight or signature required when shipping the carbs
When shipping the carbs, drain all the gas and wrap them in a couple of trash bags and include mods to the bike, yr, model and contact info/eBay username..
Make sure the box is sized where the carbs have about 2-3 inches all the way around for shipping paper or bubble wrap.. Once I receive the carbs I will notify you ... I will keep you updated on the progress and completion time, thank you, Rick
Ship to:
Rick West
1536 Glasscock Rd
Rock Hill, SC 29730
