I sand blasted all 9 water pump propellers and shafts then polished all the shafts. Then installed the ceramic disk onto all 9 shafts and seated them into the propellers. Next I installed the inside bearing in all 9 pumps. For 5 pumps I installed the mechanical seal, the propeller/shaft, outside bearing and the C clips. 1 pump I installed the oil seal. The OEM oil seals will be here Friday. Time spent 4 hours. ____________________

A new water pump from partzilla is $300. https://www.partzilla.com/product/kawasaki/49044-1058?ref=c4069a80a23227b131ab384b74e7ed758d54428e .
Guys I'm still waiting on OEM oil seals for the pumps. Partzilla now says they will ship this thrusday. I should see them next Monday. Partzilla has shipping delays because of this conehead virus crap. Also they are shipping out nearly 5,000 orders a month for the past 4 months so they tell me.
I'm, not sure when I'll finish these water pumps. I placed 3 different orders for the oil seals. Now I can't find any of them. I'm so pissed!!!
To the 3 members that are getting 5 pumps done. I run into a problem. Come to find out the ceramic seal is not the right size so I'm looking for another supplier.
No not yet. Since you paid me months ago I'll take the ceramic seal from an OEM 32 mm unit and use it in your pump. Give me a week or so and I'll get it to you.
OK: Thanks.
Today I took all the water pumps back apart that I had done and ready for paint so I can swap out the ceramic seal with the correct one. Some time this week I'm going to All Florida Plumbing in Daytona Beach FL so I can match up the 35 mm ceramic seal.
I've done my EL 250 water pump which is the same as the 250 Ninja. Take your 300 Ninja pump apart and check the part number on the bearing.
