I just tried up loading four pics one at a time with no luck. MARKUS: I sent your three water pumps by USPS. I insured them for $400. You should see them this coming Monday. Tracking # 9536 1158 5261 3195 1272-79. Thanks.
MARKUS: Your VOYAGER water pump uses the 32 mm ceramic mechanical seal. OEM part # 49063-1055. I used my last two 35 mm seals for your pumps. The ceramic discs in the 35 mm seals kit are too big so I had to rob two from the 32 mm kits. By doing this it costs me $15 more to do 1 pump that takes the 35 mm kits. I still need to find the correct 35 mm seal kit. I'm pretty much out of parts and I know most likely the parts went up 40% like everything else. I made a list of parts that I need so some time soon I'll have an idea how much parts have gone up. I got 1 pic to load of MARKUS pumps. ![20230714_130205[2].jpg 20230714_130205[2].jpg](https://www.zl-oa.com/community/data/attachments/31/31324-b6f609263d67b7d4ae4d84a5c386818b.jpg?hash=tvYJJj1nt9)
Well I got a list put together for OEM parts for building 12 pumps. $1290. !!!
I thought of doing that but at this time I'm not up to it. I have about 10 or so ZL pumps in stock that need rebuilt. Some of them was given to me and others I bought from EBAY. The ones from EBAY was all $40 or less shipped. What I was going to do was rebuild them so that members can have a faster turn around time.
While I have 11 spare pumps in all that need rebuilt. I'm not sure when I'll be ordering rebuild kits. I still need to find the correct 35 mm ceramic seal. I think it would be best to take all the pumps apart to make sure that all the shafts are all good. I have a few apart now that are not part of the 11 that I have and 2 of the shafts are wore out at the inner bearing next to the ceramic mechanical seal. That bearing has always been bad in every pump that I have ever rebuilt. The pump in these pics was for a non-member in IN. The problem with me not being able to up load pics was on my end. Our upload speed was operating at only 8%. When our cable guy was here he dropped a new line from the pole to the house and the line from outside the house to our com center in the house. He also replaced our modem inside our com center. If anyone wants any pumps done that is not in a bike you can send them to me now that way I can know how many kits to order. That is if you are not in a hurry for them. I'll keep track of all who sends me pumps on this thread and or through PMs. ______________________________________________________________________________

I found most of my spare water pumps. Some of them came from EBAY ($50 each) and some (free) from members. I've contacted a few manufacturers about the ceramic mechanical seals. I'm still waiting to here back from them. After I find the correct ceramic seal and get these pumps done I'm going to put them on EBAY. We just don't have enough active members on ZL-0a for me to keep my Pump Service going. I found a better price for the pump bearings. $10 each from 123bearing. ____________________________________________________________

The JAPAN NSK bearings are now $22 each so I went with the ITALY ones.
