Nice job Bill, turned out great. There's no substitute for organization and knowing where everything is.

In 2006 I packed up stuff from my basement and garage into boxes and put stuff in storage. Most of the boxes I have opened and been thru somewhat but several I haven't. Even the ones I went thru have a variety of stuff in them. I'm sure I'm gonna find stuff I forgot I even had.

I used my biscuit jointer and glue and clamps. Today I did initial sanding. Ends will be cut to size and squared up and the ends and front edges will get maple on them to dress them up.

I'm gonna' have to take a ride North this year and check it out! Great job Bill.

:hello: My fireplace was not drawing correctly. It's called a zero clearance fireplace. This past Sat. I replaced my fireplace draw vent pipe. The pipe was a plastic flex 4" dryer vent. :dontknow:. :banghead:. It melted. :nono: Also I installed 3/8" OSB on the inside of the fireplace walls. I drilled four 3" holes in the ceiling to let heat out. The chimney O.D. is 14 ft. tall, 4 ft. deep & 7 ft. wide. It has a divider at 8' so that the double flue pipe does not flex. :hello: This past Sat & Sun I painted my plastic shed the same colors as my house. I used Valspar bonding stain blocking latex primer 2 coats. $30/gal. I used Bear premium plus ultra enamel paint. $45/gal. The roof & endgables took 3 coats of brown & the walls took 2 coats of almond. IMG_6161.JPG IMG_6162.JPG IMG_6163.JPG IMG_6164.JPG Total cost with rollers, brushes & trays around $175.
