What kind of garage door opener did you go with.

Today for my new shed I started the 3/4" under ground water line. I already had a 3/4" copper pipe that was capped off coming out the north wall on the side of my two car garage. I added a shut off valve and a hose bib/valve for a garden hose. I used a shark bite to go from 3/4" copper to 1" O.D. PVC. I capped off the the PVC at two feet below ground level. I also hung a new garden hose hanger. Time spent about three hours.

Today on my new shed I wired in the 240 VAC single phase power and switch for my compressor. I couldn't find a 240 volt switch at any of the five stores that I go to so I ordered one on line. It doesn't wire in like a 120 VAC switch. See the drawing in pic #3. I had to cut a 9"x 4" hole in the shelves OSB above the work bench in order to get the medal flex conduit and 8 gauge wire through the studs/framing. Time spent about four hours.

Yesterday for my new shed I installed the first 60 feet of 3/4" SCH 40 water line. I started at 4 AM and got done by 10:00 AM. Code here in FL for water line is two feet below ground level. The hardest part was digging under the sidewalk. The FL sugar sand is very easy to dig. Also I put up a hose hanger and a new fifty foot water hose for the new shed. I have four FL gopher tortoises living on my one acre. They are an endangered species.

Across the street from my house is about 225 acres of woods with two small lakes. When I ride my ATVs over their I can see up to 30 gopher toroises in a day. They can live for up to 80 years and can get as big as 20 inches across their shells. https://myfwc.com/wildlifehabitats/wildlife/gopher-tortoise/
Today I finished wiring up the main breaker panel and sub panel on the house for the shed. I had to move the sub panel from the left side of the main panel to the right side of the main panel because the 6-3 wire going from the shed to the house was 18 inches to short. I added a 60 amp breaker to the main panel which feeds a 40 amp breaker in the sub panel that is for the shed. Time spent 10 hours. Copper wire has gone way up. 200 feet of 6-3 wire cost me $1200. 25 feet of 10-3 wire was $90 and 20 feet of 2 gauge wire was $50. The 60 amp and 40 amp breakers was $60.

I even bought a sink, tankless hot water heater and a fridge for the tiny house.

My new 12'x 20' shed is for all of my bikes and ATVs. At this time I'm not sure if they will all fit.
. Also it will be my shop for working on bikes and ATVs.
It's taking longer than I thought it would. My new target done date is now December 5 th.
